Delivery
Shipping Costs, Tracking and Timelines
Shipping costs will be available for estimate at checkout. This cost is based on shipping destination, alongside the weight and size of the prints. Please note, how long delivery takes is dependent on the product and delivery destination.
International Orders & Tracking: We partner with SendCloud, a third party service, so we can ship our products globally. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can stay up to date. We know you're all eagerly refreshing that link to know the whereabouts of your art print.
Framing and Aluminium Dibond: All of our aluminium dibond and framing solutions are made-to-order. This means they take slightly longer to prepare - typically around 2-3 weeks.
Timelines:
When it comes to delivery, you can use the below as a rough guide:
The Netherlands: We make use of PostNL for all local deliveries. Standard delivery (1-3 days).
Europe: Standard delivery (3-7 days).
US & Canada: Standard (10-14 days).
ROW: Standard (10-14 days).
Remember, these are of course estimates. We make every effort to deliver within these timeframes but sometimes events outside of our control (think weather, political events or strikes) mean there may be delays beyond our estimates.
Address and Import Duties: The goods will be delivered to the delivery address You provide upon checkout. For delivery of goods outside of The Netherlands, You will be responsible for obtaining the necessary import licenses as well as complying with any legislative and regulative requirements pertaining to the import of goods into your local country from The Netherlands. Payment of any import duties and taxes will fall on You.
In the event that nobody is available to accept the delivery, Sidedish Projects and their delivery partners will attempt to redeliver the product or drop it at a nearby collection point. Within reason, if several attempts to deliver are unsuccessful, the items will be returned to Us without a refund.
